My passion for helping others started at a young age, from contributing to charitable causes to realizing the incredible impact of positive change in people's lives. That same passion led me to the world of movement science. Since my days as a Sports Medicine student in high school, I’ve been fascinated by how the human body moves and performs.
 

In 2014, I began my journey as a fitness professional after earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Since then, I’ve earned 10 certifications and worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve goals such as improving athletic performance, fat loss, strength and muscle development, mobility enhancement, and overall wellness—including mindset and nutrition guidance.
 

While I bring a deep understanding of exercise science to my training, I also believe that fitness should be fun, engaging, and empowering. Whether you're looking to push your limits or build sustainable healthy habits, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way!
